Pavel Vrba
A laid-back guy who can make you laugh. Eight years at sea — that’s what happens when you get a taste of sailing. One day, Pavel packed up his life in the Czech Republic and, together with his wife, moved onto a boat. He sailed the entire Caribbean, from North to South America. Along the way, he fell in love with the San Blas archipelago — the very place that inspired us to choose this destination too. After selling his own boat, he captained many charters before finally returning to Panama as the captain of our Hanse.

Martin Grabica
A seasoned sea wolf. Martin is no longer allowed on land. Sailing fascinated him since childhood at home on Lake Lipno, and when he first tried the sea at the turn of the century, there was no turning back. Since 2012, he has been sailing full-time in the Caribbean, having logged over fifty thousand miles. And when he gets some free time, he crosses the Atlantic. Craving fresh fish? Petra Hajčiarová
When the going gets tough, Petra will save you.
A rescuer by profession, who already in 2017 discovered that the sea is more than land. It took very little. One
sailing trip for children on a yacht in Croatia and Petra was lost. Since then, she has not missed a single
opportunity to get to the sea. Today she sails with us on our Hanse and takes care of the comfort of our guests. And
do not forget that, in addition to preparing fresh fish for you, she will also save you in the worst case scenario.

Myriam Roy
A Canadian who also speaks Czech.
Myriam escaped to the sea eighteen years ago and has been enjoying the beauty of the Caribbean since 2011. She also discovered the charm of San Blas earlier, and Panama became her home for three years. On board our Freedom, she returns to the scene. Besides her native Canadian language, she managed to learn the language of the local indigenous people and even mastered Czech.
